第一个问题：btn->setStyleSheet(QString::fromUtf8("background-color: rgb(85, 255, 127);"));

也可以btn->setPalette ( const QPalette(QColor(Qt::red));

第二个问题：建议用QToolButton可以用直接接口设置setToolButtonStyle(Qt::ToolButtonTextUnderIcon)，如果是QPushButton的话，需要自己重写
